Substitute Modules

Launched the the center in fall 2006, Substitute Modules are designed to aid Chicago School faculty members when they must miss a class. The program makes free substitutes available to teach on a variety of diversity issues including the changing role of race in America, stereotypes versus generalizations, films with diversity themes, racial identity models, foundations of HIV, cross-cultural communications, and cross-cultural values. The hour-long modules are open for professors to choose which topic best fits the course curriculum. These modules will also be made available to external audiences seeking training on diversity topics in the future.
